What is Habitat for Humanity? At Coldwell Banker®, we’ve partnered with
Habitat for Humanity® for a great cause. Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit
organization dedicated to building simple, decent and affordable homes for
families who would not be able to afford them on their own. Yet this isn’t a
giveaway program. Participating families invest hundreds of hours of their
labor to build their own Habitat house and those of others. As sponsors,
Coldwell Banker affiliates raise and/or donate funds for materials. The homes
are then sold to the families at no profit, financed with affordable loans.
